From the moment I checked in, I noticed the attention to detail in the housekeeping team's work. The room was spotless, with every corner meticulously cleaned, and the fresh linens and towels added a welcoming touch. It was evident that the staff took great pride in their work, as the overall presentation of the room created an inviting atmosphere that made me feel comfortable and at ease.
What stood out the most during my stay was the consistency of the housekeeping services. Each day, the staff ensured that the room was refreshed, and my personal belongings were treated with care. I appreciated how they respected my privacy while still being thorough in their cleaning routine. The team was also quite accommodating; they promptly addressed any special requests I had, whether it was an extra supply of toiletries or a specific preference for towel arrangements. This level of service not only enhanced my comfort but also reinforced the hotel's commitment to guest satisfaction.
Moreover, the housekeeping staff's friendly and professional demeanor contributed significantly to my positive experience. On several occasions, I encountered team members in the hallway, and they always greeted me with warm smiles and genuine kindness. This simple yet effective approach made me feel valued as a guest and added a personal touch to the overall service. Such interactions highlighted the importance of a caring and approachable housekeeping team, making my stay in Brussels even more enjoyable.
